The bike run will start at Louie’s Trophy House in Kalamazoo, MI and ride up to The Intersection in Grand Rapids, MI. There will be tickets available for $5 at Louie’s Trophy house tomorrow evening for the bike run/concert! And if you don’t ride a motorcycle, you can drive to the show!! Hope to see a lot of familiar faces and a bunch of new ones, too! (Show is age 17 and up.)

I am down in Nashville. : )

Got here Saturday night, and will be here until Thursday…. maaybe Friday.  We’ll see how things go!  But, as I said already, so far so good!  I’ve written a song with the fabulous Marc-Alan Barnette and Frankie Ballard, went to a jam night with some sweet musicians, and I’ll be singing tonight at a women’s songwriter’s night downtown at Dan McGuinness!  I believe there are about 8 to 10 of us performing, 3 songs each.  Really looking forward to it… Wish me luck! : )

I’m back!  Sorry I haven’t updated in awhile… But here I am now! 

Just wanted to fill you in on my upcoming trip to Nashville!  That’s right.  Tomorrow I am going to take the eight hour drive down to TN.  My mission:  record two more new songs!  I’m planning on putting them on my myspace once they are finished… so I’ll be switching some out, and adding the new.

Well, I made another successful trip down to Nashville!  

This time I was in the good company of my song writing group from Michigan:  The Chili Pepper Songwriting Club! We all carpooled down in two cars the eight hour drive (I was “one of the guys” for the week, being that I was the only girl of the seven guys!).  

While down in Nashville (you ready?) we…: wrote a couple new songs with Marc-Alan Barnette, recorded two songs at Jay’s Place, all enjoyed the performances of hit songwriters through Tin Pan South, attended the  7th Annual Guitar BQ, ANNND had a most amazing and awesome time!!

Nashville, I can’t get you out of my head and I want to come back!

In the meantime, I will be writing more music, working with my fellow Chili Peppers, practicing my guitar, and scheming up a plan to get back to Nashville
